[solved] Mootools 1.12 and 1.2.X

Hi everyone, i have a problem with these two mootool versions.

i have a template that uses mootools 1.12 and i'd wish to create some script (ie ajax request) but i can only code with mootools 1.2 (i've just started to learn mootools).

so, how can i solve that?
i saw there are some legacy "script", but they work for the 1.11 version, is there anything for the 1.2?

i took a drastical decision: i have to use the 1.12 version, since every template i have has been built using that version
