I'm wondering if I can suppress JS popup and only display Facebox. Any thoughts?

I'm using Facebox (for jQuery) version: 1.2 (05/05/2008)
Currently when I modify user in my web app and try to navigate to another page of my site using navigation withing site I receive nice Facebox pop-up saying "You have unsaved changes. Do you really want to navigate from this page?" BUT if I click F5 or browser's Refresh or close tab/browser I receive standard javascript pop-up with the same message.
This is the way it's coded and I REALLY want to know if it's possible to display Facebox pop-up instaead of JS pop-up when I click F5 or browser's Refresh or close tab/browser.

Thanks in advance for all your help.
