A while back I mentioned that I had been working on a secret project that I wasn't quite ready to show the world. Well I finished the first major version tonight and would like to see what you guys think!
Moxytunes is a complete online media player that allows users to store their songs in the clouds and access them wherever they go!
You can view the demo at Moxytunes.com. (Double click to play song, this will eventually be optional)
My goal is to eventually release it as a cloud music storage services and add things such as iPod/Portable Music Player support and more filetype(currently only mp3, might get m4a up some time soon) support but for now its just a demo. I have to write the subscription part of the site before its actually "released".
If you guys have any free/opensource music you'd like to throw up onto the account go ahead. Just try and keep it on the clean side
. The site has been tested in Firefox(Linux/Windows),Chrome,Safari(Win) and IE8.
The site uses getID3(PHP), Fancy Upload, Moosound, and Table Sort (from Madhatted).
Anyway tell me what you think. And if you find any bugs i would love to know, I think I have weeded most if not all of them out.
